This reminds me of Pappas Delta Blues BBQ in Dallas...very tasty, but different than Oklahoma BBQ. A different kind of good, but good nonetheless. The sides aren't great but the grits are well prepared and the Mac & Cheese was just not great. Now the ribs, sliced brisket, and pulled pork are just divine!!! They are well seasoned and very delicious melt in your mouth kind of good. With that said, I will only order meats going forward, but definitely will be ordering again!

Some of the best, if not the best, BBQ in Tulsa. The brisket is my favorite and consistently good, the brisket burger is also fantastic, and the ribs are excellent. Seems mostly Texas style, but they have good BBQ sauces on the side of you like. Sides are also solid, the potato salad is peppery and my go to.
We ordered Thanksgiving catering from 1907 and the food was delicious!
